Pay that gets argued over
Commission lives in a spreadsheet. Provisional and final figures get confused, and every month-end becomes a negotiation with your best agents.
RevoFlow decides the work, matches the money and calculates commission to the cent. One system for South African debt collection agencies, with no spreadsheet in the middle.
In production with a South African collection firm on a metropolitan municipal book.

The problem
Matching payments, working out commission and billing the client happen in spreadsheets, outside the system that holds the work. That gap is where money leaks, deadlines slip and pay gets argued over.
Commission lives in a spreadsheet. Provisional and final figures get confused, and every month-end becomes a negotiation with your best agents.
Unmatched payments sit in suspense, distort performance and quietly change last month’s numbers. Nobody can say where the leak is.
Notice periods, prescription and disconnection lists depend on someone remembering. When they forget, the client loses money and the firm carries the risk.
The answer
One system from the first row of your client’s file to the commission your agent is paid.
The platform
Every screen below is the real product, showing the demo’s fictional book.
Decides the work
Most systems open on a list of accounts to filter. RevoFlow opens on what needs to happen next, to which account and by whom, and says why each case is first.

Promise to payment
The agent logs the call, records the promise or arrangement, and moves to the next case. When the payment arrives it is matched, the promise is marked kept, and the case is reassessed.

Commission to the cent
Commission is worked out from reconciled money, by the scheme you set: tiers, thresholds, minimums and clawbacks. Agents see their provisional pay grow with every receipt, and every exclusion with its reason.

Notices and field proof
Notices are generated, approved in batches and handed to your delivery providers. Proof comes back geotagged and timestamped from the field app, and the countdown starts on its own.

Your client, informed
Give the creditor a read-only portal to its own accounts, collections and reports. Fewer status calls, faster month-ends, and a reason to renew the mandate.

On the record
Every command in RevoFlow writes one audit event. Compliance can see exactly what happened to any account, and export it for an inspector in one click. The export is logged too.

Who it’s for
Each person sees the work and figures that belong to them. Hiding a button is never the access control: the data itself is scoped.
Built for scale
RevoFlow runs on property-level books of tens of thousands of accounts today, and is engineered for far more.
Security and POPIA
Every agency on RevoFlow gets its own database and its own deployment. What crosses between firms: nothing.
Your book, your staff and your audit trail live in a database that serves only your firm.
Back-office staff sign in with a second factor. Clients see only their own book.
Personal data is shown only to the roles that need it, ID numbers are masked, and each read is recorded.
RevoFlow reads receipts and works out what they mean. Money stays in your client’s and your trust accounts.

Built for POPIA
RevoFlow acts as your operator. Customer data belongs to the customer.
